Transferring with Powers of Attorney

When we receive Powers of Attorney (PA) from the relinquishing institution, MRS will set up pending records and forward them together with client information to the fund companies within two business days. If a PA is not received with 29 business days, MRS will issue follow-up notices with the relinquishing institution on day 30, 40 and 50. The transfer will automatically terminate on day 60 if no PA is received.
