Allan Warren is President and Chief Executive Officer of M.R.S. Trust Company.

With a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Carleton University and an MBA from York University Allan joined M.R.S. Trust as a Treasury Analyst in 1988. In 1992 Allan was promoted to Vice President and for the past 5 years as acted as President and C.E.O. of the Trust Company.

Allan's many responsibilities at the Trust Company include lending, treasury, investment, fiduciary asset and liability administration operations. Allan is also charged with the development and expansion of the Company's lending and deposit products whose total assets now exceed $1.1 billion.

Allan is a member of the Board of Directors of M.R.S. Trust Company and manages all Board and Committee affairs, is a member of the MRS Group of Companies Executive Committee and the Internal Investment Committee.
