Once you and your advisor have designed a portfolio appropriate for your financial goals, we implement your decisions and provide a wide range of administrative services, including:

• Monitoring and automatic rebalancing (according to parameters decided by you and your advisor)
• Quarterly consolidated reporting and performance measurement
• A complimentary Tax and Estate Summary Report, if requested.

A highly disciplined process assures that your Private Client portfolio is rebalanced on a periodic basis (based on parameters established by you and your advisor) to keep your investment strategy on track.

Enhanced reporting and client communication
Part of our mandate is to keep you well informed. Each quarter you will receive a full report on your account that includes market commentaries, a record of transactions, portfolio holdings, and the performance of your holdings in comparison with industry benchmarks. If applicable, you will also receive comprehensive tax information after year end.

You may choose to receive a consolidated statement that covers all constituent accounts. Many clients prefer this type of statement, since it shows all pertinent information in one statement and calculates the rate of return across all accounts. You also have the option of receiving a separate statement for each account.
