If anyone knows, it's Nariman Behravesh, the Chief Global Economist for the world's largest economics forecasting firm, IHS Global Insight.

Before joining IHS, he was chief international economist for Standard & Poors and CEO of Oxford Economics USA. Mr. Behravesh has also hosted the PBS series, Inside the Global Economy, and appears on virtually every major American news show and in the commentary pages of The Times of London and The Financial Times.
